Congratulations to our fellow LSE Alumni runners, who braved the chilly and rainy weather and performed outstandingly well at the 30th Budapest Marathon Relay on the 11th of October! For the first time ever not one but two Hungarian LSE Alumni teams competed. One of them finished in 3 hours and 42 minutes (new record for our LSE Alumni group!), while the other in 3 hours 55 minutes. Through our participation we aimed to raise awareness of and funds for the Real Pearl Foundation (Igazgyöngy Alapítvány), which helps multiply disadvantaged children in south east Hungary.
